H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. This in-person role handles client check-in, scheduling, and daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

You will greet clients, answer calls, book appointments, and guide clients to the right tax expert while maintaining confidentiality and a tidy, professional environment. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season
