Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. In-person role focused on greeting clients, scheduling, check-in, and supporting a team of tax professionals.

You will handle front-desk duties, assist with daily operations, and ensure a confidential client experience during tax season, with opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
