Job summary

Sawmill Creek Resort, operated by Cedar Point, is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and handle check-ins and check-outs. You’ll answer questions, assist guests, and learn to use the hotel Property Management System.

Compensation starts at $14.25/hour and requires 18+ years of age. This on-site role offers frontline hospitality experience during peak seasons in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart weighing up to 50 lbs., and use cleaning chemicals
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
