Cedar Point is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Agent at Sawmill Creek Resort to provide exceptional guest service and assist guests during their stay. You will check guests in and out, answer questions in person or by phone, and handle charges while using the hotel Property Management System.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to meet physical requirements, and willing to pass a background check and drug test as per policy.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test as required.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out of Sawmill Creek and answer guest questions.
• Answer guest questions in person and over the phone.
• Collect and record charges and perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
