Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Year-Round Front Desk Agent for Sawmill Creek Resort in Vermilion, Ohio. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, and selling tickets to Cedar Point and add-ons. You will learn and use Opera PMS and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

The position is part-time, year-round, with a pay rate of $16.00/hour for 18+. Perks include training, free uniforms, free admission to Cedar Point and other properties, and discounts on food and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Charisma and positive attitude to greet guests and handle inquiries.
• Excellent customer service and communication for check-in/check-out.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Sell tickets and add-ons and answer questions in person or by phone.
• Maintain guest information securely and coordinate with Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Fair standards and maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Ensure compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines and attendance policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
