The role covers recruiting, training, and performance management, working with the District Manager, and ensuring standards across sites. The position runs Sept 1, 2026 through Apr 25, 2027, with potential year-round opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to drive results.
• Tax knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and basic software tools.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-unit retail locations in the district in partnership with the District Manager.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of seasonal staff.
• Monitor performance, address issues with HR for training and development.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, buildouts, tech, and facilities.
• Build business by retaining clients and attracting new ones.
• Resolve client questions or complaints about policies and procedures.
• Guide employees in handling problems and escalated issues.
• Track P&L, productivity, and district goals across stores.
