Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience; management or tax-related study preferred.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive business results; tax knowledge optional and helpful.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, insurance, and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Dayforce, HRIS, time-tracking, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations within the assigned district, collaborating with the District Manager.
• Lead recruiting, interviews, and the tax education process for seasonal staff.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality standards, deadlines, and procedures.
• Maintain office setup, technology, and facilities; coordinate with property managers.
• Drive revenue and profitability and manage GL & P&L for the district.
