Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Assistant District Manager to lead multi-store operations across a district. You will recruit and mentor seasonal teams, oversee tax education, and drive profitability through strong operations and people leadership.

You'll oversee diverse locations with a focus on maintaining standards, servicing clients, and achieving district goals while advancing in a fast-paced retail tax environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years management or supervisory experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent related business experience.
• Course of study in management or tax preparation and/or accounting preferred.
• Tax knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day activities of seasonal team members across 20+ stores and/or kiosk locations.
• Lead recruiting efforts, interview seasonal employees, and drive the tax education process and onboarding.
• Monitor employee performance, ensure quality standards and deadlines, and coordinate with HR on training and issues.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, technology, telecommunications, and facilities maintenance.
• Continuously build the business by retaining clients, attracting new clients, and increasing brand awareness.
• Resolve client questions or complaints regarding policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to employees in handling difficult problems or escalated disputes.
• Monitor financial performance and district goals including revenue, cash control, and tax return counts.
