Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business or related field; management/coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to drive business results.
• Tax knowledge preferred to support tax services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with tax/accounting software preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak season.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations within the district, coordinating with the District Manager to optimize operations, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead recruiting, interview seasonal staff, and drive tax education and team readiness.
• Monitor performance, address issues with HR on training and development, and resolve employee relations matters.
• Ensure all locations meet company standards for setup, technology, and facilities; coordinate with property managers as needed.
• Grow the business by retaining clients, attracting new ones, and strengthening brand presence.
• Handle client inquiries and disputes, guiding staff through policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to employees on complex problems and escalated issues.
• Monitor P&L, discount and productivity reports; achieve district goals.
