Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Massachusetts is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient service and support the rental process. The role includes handling reservations, explaining terms, vehicle features, and additional services to ensure a positive customer experience.

The position runs from mid May 2027 through October 31, 2027 (up to 180 days) with a 40-hour work week. Benefits include employee discounts and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• At least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and optional protections.
• Offer directions and local information to customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and questions.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned tasks.
• Assess rental condition upon return and notify management of issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training.
