Qualifications

• Must have a basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and options.
• Offer directions, maps, and local information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and questions; resolve issues across branches.
