Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, efficient rentals and services in the Greater Wallingford area. The role supports verification and documentation of driver information to ensure smooth rental and returns.

Employment runs mid-May 2027 through on or before October 31, 2027, with a maximum of 180 days. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) and benefits such as discounts, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Basic PC experience and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products to customers.
• Provide directions and local information to assist customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general inquiries; resolve issues.
• Place follow-up calls for callbacks as needed.
• Assist with vehicle condition checks at return and report concerns.
• Pursue on-the-job training and participate in company-provided trainings.
