Enterprise is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to deliver superior, friendly, and efficient transactions while offering company-approved services and products to create a positive customer experience. The role includes verifying driver information to ensure smooth rentals and returns.

The seasonal window runs from mid May 2027 to October 31, 2027, for up to 180 days, with a 40-hour workweek and multiple schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally and promptly
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protection products
• Provide directions and local information to customers
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions
• Manage callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Inspect rental returns and report vehicle condition issues
• Inform management of any customer or vehicle problems
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored courses
