Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking an inside sales/customer service representative to provide exemplary service to customers, process transactions, and coordinate service support. You will maintain records, assist with billing inquiries, and support the service team to ensure timely responses.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED accepted) and at least 3 years in an office setting, with strong communication and organizational skills. Local travel and safety training are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions and payments.
• Document and update customer records.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records.
