DCC Propane, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused professional to support inside sales and service coordination. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring timely, accurate responses and records.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, updating records, handling payments, and assisting with light collections. Local travel and scheduling are part of the role, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact.
• Resolve or expand customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions
• Document and update customer records based upon the interactions.
• Process payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or handle billing inquiries as assigned.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail needed.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide resolution to gas and/or water service needs of customers.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory.
