Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC, a long-standing propane supplier, is seeking a customer-focused inside sales associate to provide exceptional service and product information to customers, both on the phone and in person. You will coordinate with the service team, document customer interactions, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

Local travel is required, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Process payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries as assigned.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Address gas and water service needs as applicable.
