Job summary

Local travel is minimal; strong knowledge of MS Office and data entry is needed, with a focus on safe, timely service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in person.
• Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions and maintain customer records.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries as assigned.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and ensure safety and service needs are met.
