Job summary

Hours vary with business needs, including evenings and weekends; prior experience across MS Windows, iOS, and Android is useful to support multiple systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve returns and exchanges, and support order and pickup inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information and educate on compliance.
