• Resolve returns, exchanges, and support order pickup inquiries with empathy.
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems to support inventory accuracy.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through training and compliance.
• Promote Nordstrom Loyalty and new tools to improve customer and employee experience.
