Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to connect with customers, resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately while mentoring new employees on the register.

Your interactions will build trust with customers and teammates and contribute to a welcoming store experience. This role requires strong relationship skills, comfort with Windows, iOS and Android, and the ability to train others on POS operations.
