You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with tax professionals to match needs. The role supports daily office operations, requires confidentiality, and offers a path into tax preparation or leadership with training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems)
