H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Minnesota. You will welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional, scheduling appointments as requested.

In a fast-paced office, you will maintain a friendly environment, handle in-person, phone, and virtual service, and support teammates with organization and multitasking. High attention to client needs is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
