H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Minnesota to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will schedule client preferences and ensure each client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

They will be working in a fast-paced environment, using Microsoft Office, and collaborating with a team to keep the office organized and welcoming while upholding high service standards.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
