Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Minnesota to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, on the phone, or virtually. Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
