Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. In a fast-paced franchise office, you’ll help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

You’ll coordinate scheduling, maintain an organized front desk, and support team members across locations. A high school diploma and comfort with Microsoft Office are preferred; flexible hours and multi-location work are

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
