Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual service, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced franchise environment.

This role supports client service excellence during peak tax season and may involve working at multiple locations as needed,

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, personalized manner.

• Schedule clients as requested by the client.
