H&R Block seeks a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and coordinate appointments, helping them connect with the right tax professional for their needs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling calls and inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in person, by phone, or online, while maintaining a clean, organized front office and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
