Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You will help schedule appointments, assist in-person, phone, and virtual service, and keep the office organized and welcoming.

You will work in a fast-paced franchise environment, building client relationships that support confident decisions while collaborating with team members and franchise staff to ensure excellent service.
