You will help schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and keep the office tidy and organized with the team. This role supports a busy, service-oriented franchise office and offers flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
