H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, route needs to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will help ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, while keeping the office tidy and organized as a team effort.

This role emphasizes friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced franchise office setting with flexible scheduling and multi-location opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
