Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met.

This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work at multiple locations may be required.

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
