H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and ensure every visit is friendly, accurate, and efficient, with a friendly demeanor and professional presence.

You will match clients with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, assist in person or virtually, and help maintain a clean, organized office while delivering outstanding service across in-person, phone, and digital interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
