H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and coordinate appointments at the franchise level. You will help clients navigate services, direct them to the right tax professionals, and support a smooth, friendly visit.

The role focuses on greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk across locations as needed, with flexibility to work in multiple sites within the franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
