Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet and assist clients, help them navigate tax services, and connect them with the right tax professional.

In this role you will schedule appointments, respond to client inquiries, maintain a tidy office, and support the team across in-person, phone, or virtual contacts. Franchise offices set their own hours and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
