Primary duties include answering calls, greeting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
