Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and answer phones while matching clients with the right tax professionals. The role focuses on delivering a warm, personalized experience in a fast-paced office environment.

As a seasonal team member, you will schedule client appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions, and help maintain a clean, organized office alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
