Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Maintain a clean, organized office with the team and handle other duties as assigned in a busy, welcoming environment. Prior customer service experience is valued and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
