H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, and schedule appointments.

In this role, you will help ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually, while keeping the office organized and welcoming. You will be part of a team that values friendly service, efficiency, and accuracy, supporting busy tax seasons and year-round client needs in a cooperative work

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
