You will handle in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, ensuring client needs are met while maintaining a tidy office and supporting team members with routine tasks. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments and in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as requested
• Assist to ensure all clients' needs are met in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
