H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer calls, and connect customers with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments and help ensure all client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while keeping the office organized. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced, customer-service roles, strong multitasking and time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
