Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional.

You will contribute to a friendly, efficient experience at the front desk and support daily office needs. In this role you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handle scheduling, maintain a clean workspace, and assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule and/or multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
