Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. This role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced franchise office.

You'll schedule appointments, help clients with their needs across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and maintain a welcoming office environment while supporting team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
