Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to warmly welcome clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person at our Erie, PA office.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to ensure a smooth, professional client experience. This role offers hands-on training, opportunities to advance into tax preparation or office leadership, and requires evening and weekend availability during tax season.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
