Job summary

H&R Block in Moncks Corner is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You’ll help schedule appointments and assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, delivering a warm, efficient experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work a flexible schedule across locations, and good multitasking and organizational skills. Prior customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
