Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professionals. You’ll schedule appointments, assist in-person, phone, or virtual service, and help keep the office organized.

A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred; flexibility across locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
