H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, route to the right tax professional, and keep the office organized. You will answer phones, schedule clients, and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced team environment, strong multitasking and Microsoft Office proficiency, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build relationships with clients throughout the season.

Formación

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
