Job summary

The role supports scheduling, in-person, phone, or virtual service and helps ensure client needs are met with courteous service. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred; candidates should be organized, able to multitask, and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
