Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll contribute to a friendly, efficient experience during the busy season.

You’ll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and maintain office organization. Prior customer service and multitasking skills are essential; flexibility to work at multiple locations is preferred.
