Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional, ensuring a warm, confident first impression.

In a fast-paced office, you will schedule appointments, assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and support the team as needed.

Previous customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
