Job summary

You will schedule appointments, support the office team, and help maintain a tidy workspace while assisting clients in person, by phone, or virtually. Prior customer service experience and the ability to multi-task are valued; flexible scheduling and multiple locations

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
